Credit Card on File:
To book dog walking services with Canine Cab Company, customers are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. The credit card information will be securely stored on file for future transactions.
50% Deposit:
A 50% deposit is due on the day of booking to confirm and reserve the dog walking services.
The deposit can be paid using the credit card on file or through an alternative payment method accepted by Canine Cab Company.
The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances outlined below.
Cancellation:
If a customer needs to cancel a dog walking service, they must provide notice to Canine Cab Company as early as possible.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit paid, excluding any processing fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit paid.
In case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or inclement weather), Canine Cab Company may, at its discretion, refund the deposit or reschedule the service for a later date.
Accidental for Dog Boarding:
If the customer has booked dog boarding services with Canine Cab Company and an accidental occurs, the following policy applies:
Accidents resulting in minor damage or staining may be addressed at no additional cost.
Accidents resulting in significant damage to property, including furniture, flooring, or other items, may incur additional charges for repair or replacement.
The customer will be notified of any damages and associated costs, and the charges will be billed to the credit card on file unless alternative arrangements are made.
